可麗露是款費工的點心，要先用銅模上蜂蠟去養膜。而且當天做的外皮會比較脆，如果當天做的皮不脆，功夫可能不太好！貪吃鬼家的可麗露外皮有酥脆，口味也適中不會過甜，雖然不會吃過甜的甜點，但是吃到這可麗露時，反倒希望能再甜一些呢！
